With around 12,500 m² of office, commercial and retail space, the third phase of construction will create the largest proportion of commercially used rental space on the Papieri site in two buildings.

In House F, 10,000 m² of office, commercial and retail space will be created – the «next level spaces». Flexibility and adaptability in use is the decisive plus here. Welcome to Workplace 4.0.

Retail spaces

The area is gradually coming to life. And with it, new opportunities for people to come together: on the ground floors of the buildings of the first construction phase, spaces for shops, cafés, hairdressers and retail stores of all kinds are being created in publicly oriented locations.
