Building L

Homes with sweeping views

The striking L high-rise is in an amazing location at the southern end of the site and bears the hallmark of Zurich architects Huggenbergerfries. A 13-floor building with split levels, it features striking structures that complement the grandeur of their surroundings. It contains 53 distinctive freehold apartments. The ground floor has space for shops, studios or commercial spaces. The former boiler house a short distance away is the area’s landmark building.

All of the freehold apartments have already been sold.

PM 1-4

Living in a landmark building

Nowhere is the idea of “riverside living” more tangible than in the loft apartments that are being created in the former paper machinery halls (PM 1–4) beside the River Lorze. The existing buildings are an absolute gift to developers, and we are determined to do them justice. Boltshauser Architekten from Zurich are creating 52 loft apartments and 7 studios, all woven into the existing building. The building complex is one of the most distinctive structures in the entire area and is heritage-listed due to its historical significance.

All of the loft apartments and loft studios have already been sold.
