For around two years now, the shops and studios in Maschinengasse have been open, and the dental practice and the ceramic loft have been welcoming their customers at Papieri-Platz. Since the end of 2024, KiTa Little Home and CITY STAY with serviced apartments have complemented the offering. At Papieri-Ring 4, Citypilates provides space for movement and encounters, and opposite, Blossom Coffee House delights guests with unique coffees. Since April 2025, the restaurant TReat in the silo building has been open at lunchtime.
The dining offering will be further diversified in 2026 in the Kesselhaus by Segmüller Collection. Migros, Beck & Kafi St. Jakob, TopPharm Pharmacy, ARB Fitness and numerous others will also be moving into Papieri.

With the third construction phase, the Papieri landmark *Kesselhaus* will open its doors. By 2026, Papieri will offer all the amenities of a vibrant neighborhood, including practical everyday services, a diverse range of shopping and dining options, childcare facilities, and cultural and recreational activities.

In 2026, a grill restaurant with a bar and lounge by the Segmüller Collection will introduce trendy casual dining, along with a Migros store, a pharmacy, a brand-new fitness center, a bakery with a café, and many other offerings.
