For around two years, the shops and studios on Maschinengasse have been open, and at Papieri-Platz, a dental practice and the Keramik Loft have been welcoming their clients. Since the end of 2024, a daycare center and CITY STAY with serviced apartments have expanded the offerings. At Papieri-Ring 4, Citypilates offers space for movement and connection, while Blossom Coffee House across the street delights guests with unique coffees. Since April 2025, the TReat restaurant in the silo building has been open for lunch. In 2026, the culinary offerings will be further expanded in the Kesselhaus by the Segmüller Collection. Additionally, Migros, a bakery, a pharmacy, ARB Fitness, and others will be moving into the Papieri.

Since the beginning of 2025, the *Little Home* daycare has been a second home for up to 40 children.

CITY STAY offers *serviced apartments* with a choice of one or two bedrooms.

Each apartment is cleaned weekly and features a fully equipped kitchen.

Depending on the apartment size, it includes one or two wet rooms (with a shower and/or bathtub).

Daycare «Little Home»
Since the beginning of the year, Little Home has provided a second home for children. Spanning over 440 m², it offers plenty of space for playing and running around, including a large outdoor area. The daycare accommodates around 40 children, from infants to kindergarten age.

For those seeking comfort and coziness in temporary living, Papier-Ring 4 is the place to be. With 50 modern and stylishly furnished serviced apartments, it offers more than just a place to sleep. Available for stays ranging from one night to several months or even years.

With the third construction phase, the Papieri landmark *Kesselhaus* will open its doors. By 2026, Papieri will offer all the amenities of a vibrant neighborhood, including practical everyday services, a diverse range of shopping and dining options, childcare facilities, and cultural and recreational activities.

In 2026, a grill restaurant with a bar and lounge by the Segmüller Collection will introduce trendy casual dining, along with a Migros store, a pharmacy, a brand-new fitness center, a bakery with a café, and many other offerings.
