Building E

First occupancy

The last apartments were launched in spring 2026. Building E comprises a total of 64 rental apartments, including 22 affordable units. The wide range of homes extends from compact 1.5-room studios to spacious 5.5-room apartments, all featuring generous private outdoor spaces such as terraces or rooftop gardens.

The next rental apartments are currently being developed in the historic Kalanderbau building. Marketing is expected to begin around the end of 2027.

42 rental flats in the standard and premium segments

In September 2026, it’s not only the residents of the 42 rental apartments in Building E who will be moving in. Starting September 10, 2026, the ground-floor retail spaces will also come to life. We look forward to welcoming you to the grand opening celebration on November 28, 2026.

As part of the third construction phase, 22 affordable rental apartments were built in Building E. Marketing has started in spring 2026 and move-in will take place in September.
