Parallel to House F, which faces Knonauerstrasse, is House E. The 64 new rental apartments, ranging from 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, will be ready for occupancy from September 2026.
The apartment selection includes a variety of floor plan types, such as corner, standard, and maisonette apartments. Almost all apartments feature a generous balcony, with some even offering an attractively landscaped roof terrace.
All apartments have a generous ceiling height of 2.58 m and are fitted with parquet floors and walk-in showers. The kitchens are equipped with appliances from V-Zug. Key functions, such as shading, heating and cooling, as well as ventilation, can be controlled via a Smart Living system.
The 64 rental apartments are offered in three finish levels: budget-friendly, standard, and premium.
In total, 100 budget-friendly rental apartments are being created on the Papieri site, ensuring social diversity within the neighbourhood. In House E, 22 budget-friendly apartments have been built, allowing people with lower incomes to also live on the Papieri site.
