Vinovativ wine shop
On 1 October 2026, Vinovativ will open its specialist shop for wine and champagne lovers in the Papieri. Selected wines and champagnes, special finds and personal expert advice are the focus.
The Papieri Fäscht already offered a first taste: in front of the future shop, Vinovativ invited visitors to a wine and champagne tasting. Christophe Merkli was there in person, advising guests and delighted by the many visitors.

Sanitas Troesch
With the new bathroom and kitchen showroom in the Papieri, Sanitas Troesch is presenting its new exhibition concept for the first time. The showroom combines inspiration with orientation: different bathroom and kitchen worlds invite you to compare materials, colours, designs and finishes directly and provide valuable ideas for construction, conversion and renovation projects.
At the Papieri Fäscht Sanitas Troesch already gave a first insight into the new premises. Clients, renovators and specialist partners experience how inspiration, comparability and personal advice come together and help to find suitable solutions for individual living dreams.

Opening in October
Restaurant Kesselhaus Bar & Grill
The culinary landmark Restaurant Kesselhaus Bar & Grill has not yet opened. But at the Papieri Fäscht, the restaurateur couple Daniela and Markus Segmüller, together with their daughter Annina, welcomed guests in person and gave first insights into the new restaurant concept. The curious were already able to take a look behind the scenes: on well-attended tours through the Kesselhaus, still undergoing interior fit-out, visitors could discover what great things are taking shape here over the coming weeks.

Beck & Kafi
There is a new place on Lagergasse for a short break in everyday life: Beck & Kafi of the Stiftung St. Jakob invites you to linger with good coffee, fresh baked treats and a cosy atmosphere — or to make a quick stop for something tasty to take away.
During the opening days there was plenty to discover and enjoy: fresh rolls and croissants were handed out free of charge, and a varied programme for young and old included baking small plaited loaves, decorating jam biscuits, face painting and musical accompaniment.
Drop by, drink a coffee, indulge in something sweet, enjoy lunch or dinner, or buy fresh products from the 24/7 bread vending machine.

MIGROS Papieri
Around 500 m² now provide a new shopping option for the Papieri, Cham and the surrounding area – with a large range of fresh produce, everyday products, freshly baked goods as well as hot and cold takeaway meals. Conveniently located and with parking directly on site.
There was something to celebrate right from the start: from 10 to 12 September, Migros invited customers to three opening days with 10% off the entire range, a competition and small surprises.

HonigBlüte: floristry and beekeeping
At the Papieri Fäscht, HonigBlüte opened the doors of its attractive new flower shop in Haus E towards the Papieri-Ring for the first time. Christine Britschgi and her team welcomed visitors and presented the inviting and lovingly arranged range – a real feast for the senses!
There are fresh flowers and enchantingly arranged bouquets to discover, as well as a selection of beekeeping products. In addition, HonigBlüte also offers individual floral decorations for special occasions on request.
It is well worth getting to know the new flower shop in the Papieri!

Hair Loft hairdressing salon
Since 1 September 2026, the Papieri has also had a hairdressing salon. Hair Loft is no ordinary salon and offers an upmarket hairdressing experience. At the Papieri Fäscht, the team introduced themselves in person and invited visitors to take a look inside the new salon.
Anyone wanting to know more about their own hair could have a free hair analysis carried out. There was also an apéro and the chance to win a great prize at the wheel of fortune.
Opening in autumn 2026
Podologie Pedifix
The podiatry practice Pedifix will open soon in the Papieri. It offers professional foot care treatments, nail cosmetics, soothing foot massages and further treatments for well-groomed and healthy feet.
The podiatry practice rounds off the range of treatments available in the Papieri. Owner Danka Pavlovic, podiatrist EFZ, looks forward to your visit!

Kosmetik Christina House
In autumn 2026, Christina House plans to open its new premises in the Papieri. The focus is on professional skincare, based on the many years of expertise of the international cosmetics brand Christina.

Opening in November 2026
Papieri Apotheke
From November 2026, the Papieri Apotheke will give the neighbourhood another important place to go for everyday needs. The new TopPharm pharmacy is run by Ivona Zengaffinen, pharmacist and owner of the Papieri Apotheke.
The team was already on site at the Papieri Fäscht, welcoming visitors at its stand in front of the future shop. At the fragrance bar, a good nose was called for: this was where the "Mental Strength" scent quiz took place – and there was a small surprise for the children.
Of course, Tobi Biber, TopPharm's mascot, could not be missing either. He brought a sparkle to more than a few children's eyes.

Opening 2 January 2027
ARB Fitness & Physio
On 2 January 2027, ARB Fitness will open its new location in the Kesselhaus at the Papieri. Across 820 m² on three floors, the gym combines modern training with the industrial charm and chic of the historic building. A coffee bar, therapy rooms and a terrace complete the offering and create space for more than just training.
Things were already sporty at the Papieri Fäscht: ARB Fitness invited visitors to a fitness course where they could get active themselves and gain a first taste of the new location.
