🔑 MIGROS starts interior fit-out

The Papieri is gradually developing into a vibrant place. With the handover of the keys to MIGROS, another milestone has been reached. MIGROS is now beginning the fit-out of its approximately 500 m² retail space at the Papieri. In autumn 2026, the new branch of the retailer with the orange “M” will open its doors in the Papieri.

On April 9, 2026, the ceremonial handover of the keys took place to Patric Nett (site manager, EXA construction management) and Michael Henggeler (construction project manager, MIGROS) by Elmoza Krasniqi (senior property manager, Papieri) and Patrick Brun (project lead, client representation, Papieri) – from left to right.

👉 Location: Ground floor of building E, directly on Knonauerstrasse, in front of the future car-reduced center of Cham. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage and directly next to the MIGROS store.
