🌳 The “green alley” is taking shape!

The Lagergasse between buildings E and F is gradually being transformed into a “green alley” – sustainable, close to nature, and built for the future. 🌱

The approximately 1,200 m² Lagergasse is now being planted. To make this possible, additional parking spaces in the underground garage were deliberately omitted, creating space for tree pits large enough to accommodate substantial trees with equally extensive root systems. The approximately 7-meter-tall elms have now been planted using heavy machinery. Many smaller trees and plants will follow in the coming weeks.

Thanks to the Godelmann climate stone and the underlying sponge city substrate, the Lagergasse will become a summer oasis with a pleasant microclimate, inviting people to stay and linger.

From autumn 2026, tenants will move into their new homes in building E, and on both sides of the “green alley,” various businesses in buildings E and F will open their doors.
